Driven by a passion to transport guests on a sensory adventure, Santè Ria presents an immersive experience where diners can explore the rich traditions and flavours of Latin America without leaving Dubai. Drawing inspiration from mama’s recipes, each dish is a testament to comfort and flavour-packed delights, inviting diners to feel at home while embarking on a culinary escapade.
Throughout May, Santè Ria will pulsate with the vibrant energy of Brazil, offering an array of dishes served with a special Brazil-themed Azucar brunch every Friday night. Guests will be enveloped in the lively ambiance filled with Brazilian music, entertainment, and irresistible dishes like Beef feijoada brasileira and Coxinha de frango along with authentic Brazilian drinks like Caipirinha and Batida. Additionally, as a bonus, guests will receive a passport to stamp their journey each month as they explore the diverse specialities of different countries.
