La Fabrique Sports Bar, located at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre, has launched an all-new burger menu for gastronomes. The menu has been carefully curated by the hotel’s expert chefs and features a diverse selection of mouthwatering burgers to cater to every palate.
The menu features:
- Mushroom Truffle Melt – an indulgent burger with 100% US Black Angus biscuit nestled between soft brioche buns. This tantalising delight comprises of rich cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, sautéed mushrooms, baby arugula, and luscious truffle aioli, and is served alongside French fries and a fresh, crispy salad.
- Deux Burger – For those craving classic flavours with a twist, the Deux Burger is prepared with the finest ingredients, including 100% US Black Angus beef. This burger is available in two irresistible variations: the Classic, featuring Swiss cheese, caramelised onions, and La Fabrique’s special sauce, or the Spicy, loaded with jalapenos, cheddar cheese, and the same delectable sauce. Both burgers are served with crispy potato skin and pickles.
- Chicken Schnitzel – Catering to chicken lovers, the Chicken Schnitzel burger is made of crispy chicken served on a potato bun, topped with buffalo mozzarella, grilled onions and La Fabrique’s special sauce. This burger is served with sauerkraut and pretzels.
- Salmon Burger – Seafood aficionados can enjoy a succulent salmon burger, packed with fire-roasted tomatoes, roasted garlic aioli, spicy salad and a refreshing mesclun salad. This burger is served with tempura broccolini, capturing the true essence of coastal dining.
- The Vege Express – Vegetarian guests can enjoy a delicious burger, made with a vegetarian patty between vegan buns. The burger is topped with lettuce, grilled onions, cucumber pickles, and tomato chutney, and served with tortilla chips and mesclun salad.
